This medium roast Guatemalan coffee is comprised from farms owned by employees of the Los Volcanes wet mill (beneficio La Esperanza) which sits at the foot of the legendary Volcan de Agua. The cherries are grown at altitudes of 1600-1900m and contain Bourbon, Catuai and Gesha varieties.
