Named after the famous volcano in the region, El Nevado comes from our friends at Coffee Quest aggregate. Our talented sourcing partners traveled to Huila with Coffee Quest in July of this year (2026) to learn about their processes and meet producers in the program. Milk Chocolate, Dried Fig, Blackstrap Molasses and Brown Sugar are the taste profiles. Primary varieties and cultivars include Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia.
